Must Contact WAMS if Traveling

  • Letters of travel requests must be addressed to Mr. Andre.  You must submit this letter to WAMS no later than 3 months before your travel date.
  • Air and hotel reservations and all documents must be submitted to WAMS no later than 2 months before your travel date.
  • Any changes to your reservations need to be submitted no later than 1 month before your travel date.   You will only be allowed to change your reservations one time.

THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS
